UPGRADING OUR TECHNOLOGY, UPGRADING
OUR SERVICE TO YOU!
We started the year with new
computers in all of our offices running the most current software. Our
clerical and industrial testing areas have also been upgraded with faster
computers and flat panel monitors. Applicants can be evaluated in all of the
software, skills, and knowledge that your company requires. Our office
upgrades include our new “paperless” records as well. Employee and client
paperwork is now digitally scanned into a database which is better organized
and more easily accessible. Technology is giving us the ability to serve our
customers better than ever!
DIGITAL
RECORDS WORK BETTER FOR EVERYONE!
Records have always been filed in business. Whether this was numerically or
alphabetically, it always required someone to sort and file the information,
and then someone to retrieve the information. Sorting and filing paper
records can be time consuming and, depending on how well files are sorted,
finding just the paperwork you need in a room full of cabinets can be even
more prolonged. Another problem with paper records are that they deteriorate
by fading or can rip and tear with time and use. Digital records remain in
their original condition so they are always readable as well as easily
accessible. Now all of our employee and customer records are scanned daily
to provide us immediate access to the information we need and you may
request. Our new digital records system has given us time. More time to work
with you and our employees. Whether it is a file we need here in our office,
or a resume you need, you can be assured that our staffing specialists can
find it quickly and in “original condition”.
NEED COPIES OF TIMESLIPS OR INVOICES RIGHT AWAY?
The Palmer Group has you covered when you need to see records immediately. Our
digital database is searchable by customer, date, and by fields specific to your
company. We can find the record you need and fax it directly from our desk to
your office without ever printing or using paper. Prefer email?...no problem…
Records can be emailed to you as well for you to print at your convenience. You
can have confidence in the accuracy and efficiency of working with The Palmer
Group.
